Terms of Service
The rules for purchasing and using HolyTime Reader software.
One-time license
A completed purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable software license for the selected edition. The listed prices are one-time charges with no automatic renewal unless a future offer explicitly states otherwise.
Books and copyright
HolyTime does not sell, supply, host or download commercial third-party ebooks. You must upload only files you own, have licensed, that are public domain, open access, or otherwise lawful to use in your jurisdiction.
Activation
Access is delivered by a signed email activation link and verification code. You must provide an accurate checkout email and must not share activation links, codes or browser sessions.
Local-first storage
Books, notes, bookmarks and reading history are stored in the activated browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing can remove local data. You are responsible for exporting backups.
Acceptable use
Do not use HolyTime to infringe copyright, redistribute files, bypass access controls, automate abuse, attack the service or provide access to unlicensed third parties.
Payments
CopeCart processes checkout and payment details under its own terms. HolyTime does not store full payment card data.
Availability
We work to keep activation and the web application available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve compatible features, security and interface behavior.
Refunds
Requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds may disable the related license.
